For last week's Sunday Snap of The Eastgate we had two British red icons in the form of a telephone box and a rare fluted Victorian pillar box. The question though was where was the location of The Eastgate. Father JibberJabber rang me and suggested York as it is one of my favourite cities and has several old gatehouses but in York these are known as 'Bars'. Steve had a stab at it with a selection of three places but Sarah and Rachel got the answer spot on with

We're back in the Big Smoke
for this week's Sunday Snap. The view across the lake is of the
London Eye and Horse Guards. It is the oldest of London's eight Royal
Parks. At the other end of this lake you can Buckingham Palace. The
lake is home to a collection of pelicans the first of which was given
as a gift from the Russian Ambassador in 1664. This is week's
question is
Which Royal Park is this?
Joining in last week was
Leyla from This day I love... with someone all ready for a winter play.
