I'm delighted the Great British Bake Off is back on our screen again. I've missed my weekly fix of baking masterpieces and culinary catastrophes. Which episode are you most looking forward? Obviously I'm always pleased they start the series with cake. I can't decide to what to make first this week out of a Swiss Roll or the Cherry and Almond Cake.
If you
have got the baking bug too perhaps now is the time to book your
tickets for this year's BBC
Good Food Bakes and Cakes Show. It's running from
Saturday 25th October to Monday 27th October
2014 (half term week) at the Business Design Centre, Islington,
London. In order to save 20% off ticket prices* simply quote 20PAR7
when you book. This offer code is valid until 30th
September 2014.
What to look out for at the show:
Packed with
baking, bread-making and cake-crafting demonstrations, free
step-by-step master classes, and hundreds of essential baking
products, this is the perfect place to develop your home baking
hobby.
Plus, you can
watch Mary Berry, Mich Turner, John Whaite, Paul Hollywood, and more
of your favourite bakers LIVE at the show! A seat in the Bakes &
Cakes Theatre is included in every full day adult advance ticket.†
It's
going to be a great opportunity to get new ideas, great professional
tips and of course the chance to stock up on some new baking goodies.
I hope to see you there!
