Could well be their favourite dinner in fact!. It seems ages since I last made one too. They are a bit faffy aren't they, way too much effort for a mid-week dinner anyway. I tend to make in big batches so as to monopolise on the efforts. I too add loads of veg to mine, usually peas and spinach, though sometimes carrots or sweetcorn too.
